The Summer House Cast Spills New Information on Balloon Guy Joe: "We Like Joe"
Plus, hear Ciara Miller and Paige DeSorbo's honest thoughts on Balloon Guy Joe.
There's nothing the Summer House cast loves more than a theme party, and their latest — an alien extravaganza complete with several impressive balloon decorations — kicked off on Season 8, Episode 9 (which aired April 18). While there's still more to come next week, one party guest already has everyone talking: none other than the man who supplied the aforementioned balloons, aka "Balloon Guy Joe."
Who is Balloon Guy Joe?
Balloon Guy Joe works for the party rental company that supplied balloons for the Hamptons 500 party on Summer House Season 8, Episode 6. At the time, Lindsay Hubbard thought he was "hot" and decided that in the future she would try and set him up with Danielle Olivera or Gabby Prescod. An opportunity arose when the group decided to throw an alien-themed party.
As Lindsay recalled on the Summer House After Show, "I had met him, and I was like, 'Girls, I met this guy, I'm taken, but he's hot and someone needs to get on this.' And I was even like, 'Am I seeing things?' and every girl was like 'Nope, he's hot!' Even West was like, 'He's f-cking hot!'"
So, Lindsay ordered balloons from the same party rental company, and when Joe showed up, she invited him to return for the alien bash later that night.

Danielle and Gabby both found Balloon Guy Joe to be "attractive," and each of them talked to him at the alien party (which is set to continue on Summer House Season 8, Episode 10 next week).
On the Summer House After Show, Danielle doubled down on her attraction for Balloon Guy Joe, noting, "He's a very good-looking man." Gabby, for her part, said Joe was "cute in his balloon gear."
What Ciara Miller, Paige DeSorbo and the rest of the Summer House cast thought about Balloon Guy Joe
Elsewhere on the Summer House After Show, Danielle and Gabby's castmates weighed in on Balloon Guy Joe.
"He looks good f-cking setting balloons up," West said. "That's a balloon beast."
Jesse Solomon agreed, praising Joe for constantly "work[ing] like a dog."
Ciara Miller, meanwhile, said, "A man is very different when he's on his job and he's working. He looks like he's in charge. It's like a jobfish — a catfish a little bit," she said with a laugh. "He looked sexy, then he gets not in his work clothes and I'm like, 'What the f-ck are you wearing? You're not as hot as I thought you were.'"
"Sorry, Joe," Ciara added. "Not that you're not hot, but..."
"Sorry, Joe," Paige DeSorbo repeated.
Ciara concluded her thoughts on Balloon Guy Joe by giving him props for being good at his job. "He really helped me finagle that alien party. I had special balloons I needed that were gonna take me forever to blow up, and he did it in two seconds," she said. "We like Joe."
