Gina, Heather & Katie Tell All on Their Feud: “Not Really Allowed to Be Friends" (EXCLUSIVE)

Gina Kirschenheiter felt "burnt" by Katie Ginella amid her feud with Heather Dubrow. Get new details on the drama.

By Sophie Vilensky

Throughout Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Gina Kirschenheiter has found herself in the middle of a battle between Heather Dubrow and Katie Ginella — and now, all three are sharing new details about their drama.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

The OC 'Wives opened up in separate interviews at Bravo Headquarters (which have been compiled into the above video), starting with Katie, who said of her and Heather's paparazzi drama, "It definitely affected me and Gina's friendship in a horrible way."

That said, "I don't think it was necessarily a setup," Katie concluded. "I just think that Gina unfortunately found herself in a tough spot and knew Heather much longer than me, has a deeper connection with Heather, and was like, 'You know what? I'm gonna side with Heather on this one. Sorry, Katie.'"

Gina shared her perspective, too: "It's a little hard for me because I feel like I'm not really allowed to be friends with Katie — you know what I mean? — in like a way that is completely comfortable."

Gina Kirschenheiter said she got "burnt" by Katie Ginella

With that being said, Gina does put the blame on Katie for dragging her into Heather and Katie's latest fight, which took place on RHOC Season 18, Episode 10. During the episode, Heather shared that Katie told her Gina only keeps her close because of her real estate connections. While Katie alleged that Gina made the statement in a phone call, Gina fully denied it.

"What? She's just making sh-t up," she said.

In her interview at Bravo HQ, Gina said she feels Katie threw her under the bus. As she put it, "Listen, Katie burnt me. I got burnt in this."

"Somehow they were fighting and I took a hit for all that," Gina continued. "I don't know if everybody sees but I was going through a lot of personal life things this year, and yet I kept getting picked on by everybody and getting a spanking by Heather like every other episode."

Are Heather Dubrow and Gina Kirschenheiter still friends?

Though the drama involving Katie "caused a rift" between Gina and Heather, as the latter 'Wife put it, the two are currently on good terms.

"Today we're great," Heather said. "I mean, she is a really good girl and I care about her a lot. We have fun together."

Are Gina Kirschenheiter and Katie Ginella back to being friends?

In her interview at Bravo HQ, Katie shared a positive update on her friendship with Gina.

"My friendship with Gina's a little rocky, but we had a very long conversation while the show was airing a couple weeks ago. We both said, 'Hey, this is gonna be tough for a couple weeks for both of us, we both talk about each other a lot, but that's kinda how we felt at the time,'" Katie shared.

Now, looking to the future, Katie and Gina are "just gonna try to work through things together."

Where do Heather Dubrow and Katie Ginella stand today?

Heather and Katie aren't exactly the best of friends at the moment. As Heather put it in her Bravo HQ interview, "It's just very obvious that Katie doesn't have consistent stories, doesn't tell the truth. How are you friends with someone like that? I don't know. We're not anything."

Katie shared a similar sentiment in her own interview, noting, "Like Heather likes to say, we were never friends to begin with. So, we aren't friends. I think we co-exist really well together and [are] very respectful, and I think that's kind of all we really need right now."
