Gina Kirschenheiter Teases a Dramatic Hair Change: "Bringing This Issue to the People"
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member wants to rock a new hairstyle, but some of her friends have thoughts.
Gina Kirschenheiter is known for serving some looks on The Real Housewives of Orange County, but Gina is now enlisting her Instagram followers for some help with her hair. She took to her Instagram feed earlier this week and asked one very poignant question: Should she get bangs?
"I've been seeing a lot of bangs lately," she said in the video. "A lot of bangs on the Reels and the TikToks And I'm just like, 'Am I gonna have to get bangs?!' Because I really feel like that's just not in my best interest, you know? And we all know I'm not going to survive another bad hair blunder."
Gina asked her followers to help convince her that bangs are not a good idea. "So please help me to understand we're not going to do the bangs, right?" she concluded.
Gina's friends and Instagram followers took to the comments, where they voiced their opinions on this new hairdo. "JUST SAY NO," RHOC cast member Heather Dubrow wrote.
"You're just recovering from that interview look, do you really want to take this on, Gina?" frequent Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen guest Gary Janetti asked.
"Gary!....This is exactly why I am bringing this issue to the people," Gina replied. "The overwhelming no's will be my inner voice when I'm tempted."
Gina Kirschenheiter teases what she would look like with bangs
After receiving an overwhelming round of "no's" from her Instagram followers, Gina tried the bangs on for size. The real estate agent took to her Instagram feed, again, where she posted a video wearing a red dress and bangs framing her face. "New interview look," she wrote over the photo.
But, this was just a ruse, as the video quickly revealed that the bangs were edited in. "Played it safe," she wrote in the caption of the post. "[Gary Janetti], I got you, didn't I?"
Once again, Gina's pals were taken by surprise. "Now Gina.........I was about to scream," The Real Housewives of Potomac's Wendy Osefo commented.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA," Heather added.
"It wasn't terrible," Gary concluded.
Gina Kirschenheiter's Thoughts on Her Hair Evolution
Gina has been sporting a chic, sleek, longer blonde bob through RHOC Season 18, but she has gone through a major hair transformation since viewers first met her during RHOC Season 13. She has had long hair with extensions to a super sleek bob, and everything in between, and she has been honest that her hair issues have been a journey.
"My hair being such a disaster over the last few years was very indicative of where I was in life," she told The Daily Dish in March 2022.
"Finally being happy in my life, figuring out my skin, figuring out my hair has just really helped my overall confidence," she continued. "I just really feel like right now I'm more myself and more comfortable in my own skin than I ever have before, which is a really nice feeling."
