Has Bethenny Frankel Changed Since RHONY Season 1? Ramona Singer Weighs In
The #RHONY pal dishes about the Skinnygirl mogul on #WWHL.
To say that Ramona Singer and Bethenny Frankel have known each other for a long time might be an understatement. We first met the two Big Apple pals when The Real Housewives of New York City kicked off back in 2008. Throughout the years the women's lives have evolved quite a bit, and when Ramona stopped by Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday, she shared just how much their relationship has evolved as well.
When a caller noted that she's seen a change in the Skinnygirl mogul since we were first introduced to her, Ramona didn't directly reveal if she thinks she's a different woman from Season 1 Bethenny but did note that they are different together. "All I know is for me, personally, Bethenny and I have gotten closer," she said. "So I feel closer to her. I feel like she's a real friend. We speak off the show. We see each other off the show. So I have a better relationship with her."
When viewers first met Bethenny on RHONY, she was a single NYC gal trying to get her company off the ground while Ramona was married and raising her daughter. Since then, both women have gone through divorce and Bethenny has become a mom herself. As two single entrepreneurs, they have more in common than ever — which may explain why they are friendlier than ever before. Either way, it's good to see they were able to put all that dress drama behind them.
