Gregory Gourdet and Kristen Kish Share a Touching Behind-the-Scenes Moment Filming Top Chef Season 18

The Bravo's Top Chef alums are in Portland, Oregon for Season 18.

Filming is underway for Season 18 of Bravo's Top Chef in Portland, Oregon. And now, we're getting some heartwarming insight into how it's going from Gregory Gourdet and Kristen Kish.

Season 18 will feature a rotating judging and dining panel made up of All Star winners and finalists, including Gregory and Kristen, as well as Richard Blais, Carrie Baird, Nina Compton, Tiffany Derry, Melissa King, Edward Lee, Kwame Onwuachi, Amar Santana, Dale Talde, and Brooke Williamson.

Both Gregory and Kristen shared a behind-the-scenes photo of them hanging out together, and added in some insight into bonding on set.

"When in Portland filming @bravotopchef, it’s only fitting to take a sunny Sunday stroll with Portland’s #TopChef. #FoundOurLight #topchefbubble #friendsforever. Catching up and digging deep with you is nourishing @gg30000. Thank you for the walk around your city," Kristen shared on Instagram.

Here's How Bravo's Top Chef Is Going to Look Different in Season 18

Gregory also elaborated on the deep and personal conversations they've been having during filming. "A long walk and a good talk with an old friend. Topics included being openly gay in the industry, inclusion and representation in the kitchen and plans to do our part. @kristenlkish forever. We are currently in the Top Chef bubble," he said.

Production on Season 18 is currently underway with a comprehensive health and safety plan developed in accordance with CDC guidance, all state and local orders, and NBCUniversal’s own safety guidelines. "The health and safety of the cast and crew is the priority of Bravo & Magical Elves on all of its shows," according to the press release released last month announcing the location of the new season of Top Chef.
