Brandi Glanville"Praying" for Gina Kirschenheiter Following Her Husband's Infidelity Revelation
The RHOBH alum said the OC Housewife's life is "mirroring" her own.
Gina Kirschenheiter opened up about her husband's affair for the very first time on The Real Housewives of Orange County in Tuesday night's episode. We saw Emily Simpson and Tamra Judge both console Gina as she shared the revelation, and now there's someone else outside of the OC on which Gina can lean.
Brandi Glanville showed a lot of empathy for what Gina is going through on Twitter as Tuesday night's episode of RHOC aired. "OMG I’m sad mellowing on my Xanax but realizing that OC [Gina's] life is mirroring mine... two kids, cheating ex, DUI, and then Housewives," The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum tweeted. "Praying for her."
As Brandi points out, her and Gina's lives have had similar trajectories. Brandi's former husband Eddie Cibrian had a high-profile affair with LeAnn Rimes, whom he later married in 2011. They both experienced infidelity in their marriages when their children were young (Brandi is mom to sons Jake and Mason, and Gina is mom to Nicholas, Sienna, and Luca). And they were both arrested for driving under the influence: Brandi before RHOBH in 2010 and Gina during her time on RHOC in 2019.

Gina would go on to file for divorce from her husband in April 2018. It was finalized after the former couple appeared in court in Orange County earlier this month. Gina and her husband will remain legally married until December 31, 2019.
Gina said she is glad she is finally opening up about this difficult period in her marriage. "I do feel this sense of relief, like this weight off my shoulders because I've just been carrying it around for so long, like not able to talk to anybody about it," she said in an interview on RHOC. "It does feel good, at least, to just say it and finally, I guess, try to heal from it."
