If there's one thing Gia Giudice gets right every time, it's getting a little bit fancy.
From fêting the holiday season in 2023 with her boyfriend, Christian Carmichael, with a festive outing in New York City to marking her 23rd birthday earlier in January with an elegant black cake (more on that later), The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter definitely knows how to make the most of a celebration.
More recently, Teresa Giudice's oldest daughter had something else to celebrate: a "Sunday funday" with a friend. And yes, caviar was involved.

On January 21, Gia took to her Instagram Stories to share a peek at how she was enjoying some time off on Sunday, panning over a delectable spread.
"Caviar Sunday funday," Gia wrote over the Story, which showed a tray in the center with Caviar Russe caviar on ice. Surrounding the centerpiece were tiny pancakes (blinis), diced red onion, sliced cucumber and what appeared to be crème fraîche.
A blini spread on a Sunday afternoon? Pretty fancy!
Teresa Giudice's birthday celebration for Gia Giudice
After returning home from their Bahamas vacation, over the holidays, the RHONJ family began celebrating the eldest child of their brood, whose birthday is on January 8.
For the occasion, Teresa organized a "cozy" birthday dinner at her Montville mansion during a snowstorm, sharing some peeks at the celebration via Instagram.
“So we were gonna go out for Gia’s birthday, but now we’re just ordering in,” Teresa said, before turning the camera toward Gia and Christian. “Happy birthday, Gia! We’re having a cozy night with the fam, just eating at home. Look at all the food we got.”
As Teresa continued filming around the kitchen, we caught a glimpse of her husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, who was unpacking all the takeout items. Included in the mix were an assortment of pasta dishes, salads, and about half a dozen pizzas.
“And look what Louie made: chocolate chip cookies,” Teresa said, showing off some delicious baked goods.
But cookies weren’t the only sweets featured that night. Later, Teresa returned to Instagram to show off Gia’s beautiful all black birthday cake by Palermo Bakery.
The heart-shaped dessert was coated in black frosting and featured beautiful pipping around the border as well as “Capricorn Baby” written on top.
In the video, Teresa and the family sang "Happy Birthday" to Gia before she blew out some heart-shaped candles.
