The RHOBH cast member is sharing a "sneak peek" at her next movie role.
Garcelle Beauvais is casually reminding us of just how iconic she is by dropping a sneak peek at her role in the upcoming movie, Coming 2 America.
On December 18, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member took to Instagram to tease the exciting new project and share a first glimpse at herself in character. As fans may remember, Garcelle played a rose bearer to Eddie Murphy’s Prince Akeem in the original Coming to America in 1988. She’ll return to the cast in the highly anticipated sequel — albeit in a slightly different capacity.
Though Garcelle hasn’t dropped any specific details about her part in the film just yet, she did recently hint that her character will play a bigger role this time around. “Let’s just say, I got promoted,” she teased while co-hosting The Real last month.
The first photo of her character seems to confirm as much, with Garcelle looking absolutely regal in a gorgeous red and gold gown. “Sneak peek #coming2america @amazonprimevideo March 5th,” she wrote in the caption.
Garcelle is already getting support from RHOBH pal Sutton Stracke, who took to the comments to chime in on the photo. “The return. Love it!!” she wrote.
