Gage Edward Is "Back to Work" at His New Job After Leaving Jeff Lewis Design

Gage Edward is back in business.

Following his departure from Jeff Lewis Design last month, Gage shared a photo from his recently launched Instagram account that shows him hard at work on his next venture. The black-and-white pic appears to show a conference table filled with samples of all kinds, from tile to hardwood floors, as well as plans for the project, smartphones, a tablet, and some crucial coffee fuel.

Gage did not provide any details about his new gig, his first job since leaving Jeff Lewis' firm in May following the couple's break-up at the beginning of this year. However, he describes himself as a "designer" and an "entrepreneur" in his bio on Instagram.

Gage had continued to work at Jeff Lewis Design after the couple called it quits in late January, visiting the houses they were working on and managing the sites. But Jeff announced on his Radio Andy show, Jeff Lewis Live, in April that Gage had decided to leave the company. “By working with him, it was my version of still seeing him, still spending time with him,” Jeff said. “Now that he’s leaving the business, it’s like breaking up again. It’s a second break-up.”

Jeff also admitted that it "was not a healthy choice" to continue to work with Gage after their split.
