Fraser Olender Teases an "Unexpected" Below Deck Season 11 and Working with Ben Willoughby
Below Deck Season 11 will feature some new faces, and Fraser Olender shared a preview of what's to come during BravoCon 2023.
Below Deck does not set sail until February 2024, but during BravoCon 2023, we got an inside look at what to expect for Season 11. Below Deck is headed to Grenada for Season 11 and it was revealed during BravoCon 2023 on Friday’s panel, that a new captain will be at the helm. Captain Kerry Titheradge is crossing over from Below Deck Adventure to steer the mega yacht St. David.
Fraser Olender Teases Below Deck Season 11 at BravoCon 2023
During the Below Deck panel on Sunday, Nov. 5, Chief Stew Fraser Olender shared what lies ahead on the choppy waters. “Unexpected, challenging, and saucy,” said Fraser as he described the upcoming season in three words. At least he’s consistent, in his BravoTV.com prfile, he also described this season as “dynamic, challenging, and unexpected.”
Fraser also shared on Sunday that it was super uncomfortable watching himself make out on television. That explains the "saucy" hint.
Fraser Olender on Working with Ben Willoughby on Below Deck
Ben Willoughby will also be on deck for the new season and during the panel, Fraser shared what it was like working with Ben. “I think he is an amazing yachtie and an amazing worker, I think. He loves to stir the pot, but when we have a job and we’re being watched by the entire world to do our job to our best ability, and that’s just not my life,” Fraser said. “I understand that within the show, but this is our job.”
Who Else Will Be on Below Deck Season 11?
Alongside Fraser, Ben, and Captain Kerry, they will be joined by some new faces including Chef Anthony Iracane, a French restaurateur from Miami. Bosun Jared Woodin is also new, and he will oversee the deck crew. Marie “Sunny” Marquis and Kyle Stillie will join as deckhands. New Stews Cat Bough, Xandi Olivier, and Barbie Pascual will round out the crew.
When Does Below Deck Season 11 Premiere?
Below Deck Season 11 premieres on Monday, Feb. 5 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. New episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
