Was Vishal Parvani Nervous Richa Sadana Would Call Off Their Wedding? He Says…
The Family Karma cast member couldn’t forget that his now-wife had already “broken it off a few times.”
Family Karma’s Vishal Parvani wasn’t concerned that Richa Sadana would be a runaway bride — even despite his alcohol-fueled antics.
Stopping by the Clubhouse for the November 6 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Vishal fielded a viewer question about whether or not he was “worried” that his “drunken behavior” would lead Richa to call off their wedding, especially considering she’d already previously broken off their engagement for that exact reason.
“She has broken it off a few times, but, you know, she knows who she’s marrying,” Vishal replied, before joking, “We reached this far and we paid a lot of money toward this wedding, so we will go through with it.”
As fans might recall, Family Karma has documented several ups and downs in Vishal and Richa’s relationship. Though Richa returned her engagement ring to him in Season 2, by the time the finale rolled around, Vishal proposed to his longtime love (again).
“We're gonna make it happen. F--k what everyone else says. It’s just us two,” Vishal told her during the proposal. “We’re getting married. We are getting married. This is the last proposal. No more!”
He ultimately credited therapy with helping them come back from their split stronger than ever. “She said she knows exactly what’s wrong with her. You need to figure out what’s going on with you,” Vishal recalled. “So I did, and seeing a therapist made me realize I did have a lot of pent-up anger issues.”
That’s why, by the time their January 2022 wedding in Mexico arrived, Vishal was confident that cold feet wouldn’t be an issue.
