Monica Vaswani and Rish Karam Get Together to Talk About *THOSE* Rumors
Rish admits he “lied” to Monica, but not for the reason she thinks.
Rish Karam is finally coming clean to his girlfriend, Monica Vaswani, about those cheating rumors.
On Family Karma Season 3, Amrit Kapai heard an allegation while he was out a club that Rish had been unfaithful. After Amrit revealed the nature of the rumor during a drag brunch, Brian Benni called Rish to give him a heads-up about what was said (and the fact that the group was discussing it).
While Rish denied any infidelity while chatting with Monica on the December 4 episode, after a talk with her dad, Raj Vaswani, he decides to tell the full truth.
“I lied to you about Brian not telling me last week," Rish explains in a preview of Episode 6. “He told me everything last week. He made me swear up and down, ‘Don’t tell anybody...’”
At the time, Rish didn’t know that Brian had already clarified the real timeline of the phone call to the rest of the group. He adds that it “sucks” that “all this is unfolding in the way that it did.”
“I hope this doesn’t come between us and the trust that we have in our relationship,” Rish continues, before telling Monica he’s “110 percent sure” he hasn’t lied about anything else in their relationship.
