Drew Sidora Opens Up on Her and Ralph Pittman's "Issues of Transparency [and] Faithfulness"
Drew said on RHOA Season 15, Episode 8 that her relationship troubles with Ralph are "really starting to wear" on her mental health.
Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman have documented the ups and downs of their relationship over the years on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and Season 15 — which is airing as the now-separated couple navigates their divorce — has been no exception, with the latest update coming on Episode 8.

Still, on the cast trip to Portugal, the RHOA ladies headed to a sound bath to get "a whole holistic experience," as Shereé Whitfield put it, adding, "After doing some research, I found that they provide mental clarity and allow you to relax."
Drew, it turned out, was in need of such a relief. She shared in a confessional interview, "Ralph and I have been dealing with issues of transparency, of faithfulness, and it is really starting to wear on my mental health."
Ultimately, the sound bath ended up being rather emotional for several members of the group, including Drew. During the experience, she recalled getting visions of Ralph, as well as their kids. "Like, I saw my family, I saw my husband, I saw my children," she said. "It was almost like they were waiting for me."
Are Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman in couple's therapy?
As of RHOA Season 15, Episode 8, no. "I'm in counseling, [but] Ralph took a little pause," Drew told her castmates. "It's a constant journey."
That's not to say that Drew didn't want Ralph to be in therapy with her, though. "I feel very sad that Ralph is not continuing to do the work because I don't feel like our problems are just gonna go away," she explained. "So I've been praying that he has a change of heart and he'll return back to counseling."
Drew didn't share much else about their relationship, but Ralph's name came up several other times throughout the episode — and it involved Marlo Hampton.
Why did Ralph Pittman text Marlo Hampton?
To confront Marlo for "saying disrespectful things about [him]" on the trip, although she had only mentioned that like her, he worked in technology.
Marlo made the comment while going back and forth with Drew, who sarcastically asked her, "What's your career?"
"Same thing your husband does," Marlo replied. "We're both in technology."
Drew, however, wasn't happy Marlo brought him up, and fired back, "You wanna talk about my husband?"
The argument quickly fizzled out, but that didn't stop Ralph from texting Marlo the following day. In full, his text read, "Marlo, I understand you're saying disrespectful things about me on this trip. I'm [disappointed] because I thought we were cool and I've been nothing but nice to you. I forgave you for the disrespectful things you said about me last year and now it's getting old. Please keep my name out your mouth."
