Dr. Kendra Celebrates Her Husband's First Father's Day with Adorable Photos of Their Son
"To see Hobart in his new role as a father reminds me why I said 'I do,'" said Dr. Kendra Segura.
This year marked a very special Father’s Day for Dr. Kendra Segura’s family. The Married to Medicine Los Angeles OBGYN celebrated husband Dr. Hobart Leung’s very first Father’s Day with an adorable photo of him with their baby son, Hart.
In a June 21 Instagram post, Dr. Kendra shared a photo of her husband, who works as an internist, squeezing Hart’s cheeks and wearing a shirt that says “baby daddy.”
“Happy First Father’s Day to Hobart my baby daddy! To see Hobart in his new role as a father reminds me why I said ‘I do,’” wrote Dr. Kendra, adding, “Hart is already a daddy’s boy.”
In the photo, Hart, who is quickly approaching his first birthday, is a little bit younger than he is now. The proud mom also shared a few more recent photos of her son on her Instagram Story, in which little Hart is rocking a festive onesie that says, “Daddy’s first Father’s Day.”
Dr. Kendra also took a moment to celebrate her own father by posting two sweet photos and a heartfelt message. In the first picture, he’s holding Hart, who looks extremely content. The next is a selfie of Dr. Kendra happily smiling with her father.
“Happy Father’s Day to the first man that showed me exactly how a woman should be loved,” Dr. Kendra wrote.
Dr. Imani Walker commented on the Instagram post to wish Dr. Kendra’s father well, writing, “Aww!!! Tell your dad I said Happy Father’s day!!!” to which Dr. Kendra’s dad, Clem, responded, “Thank you Dr. Imani.”
