Kyle Richards Says Dorit Kemsley Hasn't Been "Herself" Lately
RHOBH's Kyle Richards opened up about Dorit Kemsley's recent "hard time."
Fans caught a glimpse at Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills when Bravo released a teaser clip on August 31, and now, Kyle Richards is teasing where her friendship with Dorit Kemsley stands after filming.
During an Amazon Live stream on August 27, Kyle said that viewers may be "surprise[d]" the most by Dorit on Season 14.
Why? "Because I don’t feel like she was quite herself," Kyle claimed.
"Obviously, she’s also been having a hard time in her personal life, so I think there’s some things there, definitely surprised me," Kyle continued, referring to Dorit's recent separation from Paul "PK" Kemsley.
As for where Kyle and Dorit are today in their relationship, the mom of four confirmed that the two "worked through some things."
"I know it’s gonna take time, obviously, to get back to where we were," she added.

Following filming for Season 13, Dorit and PK announced their separation in a joint Instagram statement shared in May 2024.
"We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage. We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,” she said on Instagram.
"To safeguard our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children," Dorit concluded in her statement, which PK also shared on his Instagram page. "We appreciate your love and support while we continue to do the work necessary throughout this journey. With love, Dorit and PK."
The couple, who shares son Jagger and daughter Phoenix Kemsley together, wed in March 2015.
Dorit has yet to discuss RHOBH Season 14, but her castmates have teased that she's in a different place on the upcoming season.
"She’s definitely activated and you know where it’s coming from," Garcelle said about how Dorit has been reacting in light of her split on Jeff Lewis Live. "There’s a lot going on. But everybody has stuff going on. So are we going to excuse that?”
Sutton, meanwhile, told Us Weekly, “I think that there’s a lot of us that are going through many tumultuous things in our lives."
What's more, in the aforementioned Season 14 teaser, Dorit faces off against Sutton.
"This is not real," Dorit says to The Sutton Concept owner at a group dinner.
"This is as real as it gets," Sutton replies, though fans will have to wait to find out what the ladies are disagreeing about.
