Luann de Lesseps Reacts to Dorinda Medley Leaving RHONY: "So Many Great Memories"
Dorinda first appeared on RHONY in Season 7.
Luann de Lesseps has taken to Twitter to react to the news of Dorinda Medley's exit from The Real Housewives of New York City. Dorinda confirmed she was leaving the show on August 25 after six seasons on the show.
"Love you Dorinda Medley. So many great memories. We will miss you tremendously and support you in your decision," Luann tweeted along with the "100" emoji the same day Dorinda confirmed her exit. She added, "Friends for life."
Andy Cohen also reacted to the news of Dorinda's exit on Tuesday, writing on Instagram, "What a ride. Unforgettable."
Luann's tweet also included three photos featuring herself with Dorinda.
Dorinda joined the RHONY cast in Season 7, and over the course of six seasons she has shared with fans her sassy catchphrases and her emotional journey, right through the current Season 12.
On August 25 of her time on the show she wrote in a goodbye post on Instagram: "What a journey this has been. I have laughed and cried and tried to Make it Nice... But all things must come to an end. This was a great outlet for me to heal when my late husband Richard passed away. I have met so many interesting people and learned so much about myself, about life and about women along the way," she wrote. "Thank you to Bravo and NBC for the incredible ride and to my cast mates for constant stimulation and entertainment. I wish you all health, happiness and success. Clip! Dorinda."
