Ramona Singer Remembers "Some Wild Times" with Dorinda Medley Following Her RHONY Exit News
The Real Housewives of New York City cast member shared a look inside their friendship before the show.
Ramona Singer is reminiscing about her longtime friendship with Dorinda Medley following the news that she would not be returning to The Real Housewives of New York City.
Ramona showed her support for Dorinda following her announcement on August 25 with a touching post on Instagram. She shared a throwback photo of the two sitting and smiling together at an event, which was taken prior to Dorinda's time on RHONY, which began in Season 7.
"This photo was taken before @dorindamedley joined the show. I’ve had some wild times with her...we have had our ups and downs," Ramona wrote in the post. "Dorinda will always have a special place in my [heart]. You will be missed."
Long before we followed Ramona and Dorinda's friendship on RHONY, the two were good friends running in the same social circles in Manhattan. Ramona also knew Dorinda's late husband, Richard Medley, and often talked on the show about how wonderful of a relationship they had.
Dorinda announced that she would be leaving RHONY in a post on Instagram on August 25.
"What a journey this has been. I have laughed and cried and tried to Make it Nice... But all things must come to an end. This was a great outlet for me to heal when my late husband Richard passed away. I have met so many interesting people and learned so much about myself, about life and about women along the way," she wrote. "Thank you to Bravo and NBC for the incredible ride and to my cast mates for constant stimulation and entertainment. I wish you all health, happiness and success. Clip! Dorinda."
