Dina Manzo Confirms Her Marriage to Dave Cantin: "Third Time's a Charm"
The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum officially tied the knot two years ago.
"Third time's a charm," according to Dina Manzo, who just announced she married her longtime love Dave Cantin.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum revealed the happy news on Instagram on Monday, May 6, although the couple actually tied the knot on June 28, 2017. Dina shared the details of her intimate Malibu ceremony in the process. "The bride wore a dress from her closet, an orange blossom in her hair and carried a Calla Lily from her Malibu Garden," Dina captioned a photo of herself and Dave embracing on their wedding day. "In front of the gorgeous Pacific, surrounded by nature and puppies, they promised to be there in good times and bad."
Dina described the secret nuptials as "a simple, meaningful wedding on a day chosen by the stars." She also added "#thirdtimesacharm" in the caption to the post, a reference to this being her third marriage. This is Dave's second marriage.
There has long been speculation around when Dina and Dave would tie the knot — or if they had already done so in secret. Dina shared the surprise news that she and Dave had been engaged for at least a year during an interview on Radio Andy's Jeff Lewis Live in August 2018. Dina joked that the ceremony would be "small" and we would "learn about it after." The rings Dina and Dave were sporting during the interview even had Jeff Lewis wondering if they had already gotten married, to which Dina simply replied, “We are committed.”
Marriage rumors have also been fueled by the fact that Dina changed her last name from Manzo to Cantin on some of her social media pages.
Dina's marriage to Dave comes just a few days after it was announced that an arrest had been made in the home invasion case involving the couple from 2017. "Thank you to everyone who has expressed concern for our well-being," the couple told TMZ. "We’ve had such a great support system."
