Cynthia Bailey Commemorates Her Wedding Anniversary with "No Regrets"
The #RHOA model and husband Peter Thomas celebrated six years as Mr. and Mrs. over the weekend.
Cynthia Bailey may currently be separated from husband Peter Thomas, but that doesn't mean that she doesn't hold the date July 24 close to her heart. Cynthia headed to Instagram over the weekend to commemorate their wedding anniversary, which took place six years ago on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Cynthia posed a photo of herself from the day in her gorgeous and non-traditional silver wedding gown. "We were friends first," she wrote, in addition to several hashtags, including "#noregrets."
Cynthia confirmed her plans to divorce Peter in an interview with E! News earlier this month, after the pair had been living apart for several months. "I want to take some time for myself. I think the time apart has been good for him as well. It wasn't like I had to do it right this second but the more we got used to not being together and living together, the easier this divorce is going to be," Cynthia said in early July. "I don't want it to be an ugly divorce because I still love Peter. I just don't want to be married to Peter anymore. It's as simple as that. I still root for him. I want him to win. I still love and support him. We are just not going to be married anymore."
