Does Kathryn C. Dennis Think Craig Conover and Naomie Olindo Will Last?
The #SouthernCharm pal weighs in on the rocky relationship.
This season of Southern Charm, it was clear that the honeymoon period was over for Craig Conover and his girlfriend Naomie Olindo. We've seen the couple argue over everything from Craig's career to Shep Rose. They've even sought counseling to try and resolve their issues.
Though it may look like there's trouble in paradise for Craig and Naomie, good friend Kathryn C. Dennis isn't giving up on the couple just yet. "I think that they can do it if they really put in the work," Kathryn said on Monday's Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen when asked if she thinks Craig and Naomie will last. "And I think they're both committed, so yes, I do think they can."
Just as Kathryn has Craig's back, Southern Charm's budding lawyer has also been supportive of his friend throughout her ups and downs. "Kathryn really impressed me, and I was happy to see her acknowledged or basically admit that there was a problem," Craig recently told The Daily Dish of Kathryn's return to Charleston after spending time in treatment in California. "I didn't know if she was going to be able, if she was capable of doing that or if she was going to choose that 'cause, you know, it's embarrassing. I mean, it is what it is. No one wants to have to admit that, especially to all of their friends, especially if people were rooting against you -- that's a hard thing to do. So when we had our first meal together and she did admit everything to me, I was kind of blown away and I was really happy 'cause until you acknowledge there's a problem, you can't fix it. History will just keep repeating itself."
Craig added that he "thought that was a huge step." "And then what comes after that is more of a private, personal journey, and so I hope she's doing well on it," he said.
