Sergio Admits He Was "Not Allowed" on a Trip with Caroline Stanbury & Her Ex: "Too Much"
"Anything can happen," Sergio Carrallo said as he expressed his concerns about the RHODubai cast member's trip with her ex-husband.
One of the best parts about The Real Housewives universe is watching families grow — and kids grow up — before our very eyes. Caroline Stanbury's daughter, Yasmine Habib, is one of the latest kids to fly the nest. And while it's no doubt an exciting time, her stepdad isn't as thrilled as the rest of her family about her decision to go look at colleges ... though not for the reasons you might think.
During Season 2, Episode 2 of The Real Housewives of Dubai, Caroline's husband, Sergio Carrallo, shared his thoughts about a college visit for the teenager, who we first met as a child on Ladies of London. During the conversation, he revealed he wasn't excited that Caroline would be joined by her ex-husband, Cem Habib, on the trip.
"Someone told me that I'm not allowed on that trip," Sergio shared after Caroline brought up the upcoming journey to America in the episode.
Caroline responded, "Well, obviously. It's her college trip with her dad."
"So you think it's normal that you go with your ex-husband on a trip for seven days to the U.S.? Anything can happen," Sergio said, going on to question if she was planning on flying with her ex. Her answer? "Of course."
"It's just a lot, picturing my wife with her ex-husband on a new honeymoon," Sergio explained before becoming a bit emotional. "Just the thought of you going with your ex-husband ... there's just too much on my plate right now."

"Yasmine is going to go to college next year, so she's going to America to a college tour. But she's decided that she only wants me and my ex-husband Cem to go," the businesswoman shared in a confessional.

Later, Caroline noted that her marriage to Cem couldn't be any more different from her marriage to Sergio:
"My ex-husband traveled all the time for work. Every two weeks he was gone. Sergio, on the other hand, can't travel to the Dubai mall without me."

During a recent interview with The Daily Dish, Caroline shared an exciting update on her daughter's college plans.
"Yasmine got offers from five universities she's applied to. She's doing her A levels currently and then she's going to go to London to university, but she's extremely excited," she shared. "So, I will be taking her in September and she's moving out."
