Inside Carl Radke's Life After Summer House Season 8 Drama: "Good Great Grand Wonderful"

A wise man once said, "summer should be fun." Carl Radke knows that to be true, especially when it comes to this summer.

The Summer House cast member has had an interesting summer so far, as it has been his first summer single since ending his engagement with ex, Lindsay Hubbard, last September. In typical Carl fashion, this time of year has been spent hanging with his bros, traveling out of the country, and drinking non-alcoholic Loverboy.

Carl Radke's says his life is going "great"

Days before Lindsay shared her pregnancy news with the world (more on that later), Carl took to his Instagram feed on Thursday, June 27, where he showed his followers a look at his life lately. Of course, this included posting photos with his friends and Summer House cast members, Kyle Cooke, Jesse Solomon, West Wilson, and Amanda Batula. Carl's life has also involved him posing in front of a step and repeat, traveling to Italy for Andrea Denver and Lexi Sundin's wedding, and even more peeks into his life.

Carl ended his streak of photos with an image of graffiti taken on the streets of New York. "She's got a soft heart, but is New York tough," the graffiti read. That sounds a little like Carl himself — soft on the inside but tough on the outside.

"Good, great, grand, wonderful," Carl wrote in the caption of the post. 

Carl's Summer House cast members took to the comments to share their support for him. "Love you papa," West wrote.

"Bzzzz the boys are buzzing," Jesse added.

Lindsay Hubbard confirms she's pregnant

Just one week after Carl posted this update on his life, Carl's ex fiancé, Lindsay, had her own exciting update to share. On July 4, she announced that she is pregnant with her first child and expecting with a baby with her new boyfriend, whose identity she has yet to confirm.

"Trigger warning: This post contains more fireworks than the 4th of July! WE'RE PREGNANT!!!!!!," she wrote in the caption of the post. "The second I had a feeling, I took a @clearblue Early Digital Pregnancy Test and getting a clear result, in words, made the next steps soooooo much easier."

While Lindsay has kept a lot of her new relationship private, she did say during the Summer House Season 8 Reunion that the relationship is going "in a pretty serious direction." This announcement has made it clear that they are definitely serious.
