Briana Culberson Reveals How Patients React After Recognizing Her from RHOC
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum opened up about her 13-year career in nursing on WWHL.
Briana Culberson is all grown up with a successful career in nursing and a family of her own these days. Still, the daughter of Vicki Gunvalson revealed during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on May 9 that some people are surprised to see her in other contexts, having watched her on The Real Housewives of Orange County for so many years.
"Sometimes it's hard as a nighttime ER nurse for people to come to the ER at 2:30 in the morning and see me as their nurse," Briana shared during the WWHL After Show (clip above). "And some people are a little shocked, and I have to remind them that this is my real job, and that's just something that my family did."
Briana appeared as one of several kids of The Real Housewives host Andy Cohen welcomed during a special episode of WWHL as part of the A-May-Zing Bravo Party Week. The RHOC alum opened up more about her life now during the WWHL After Show, sharing that she as been in nursing for 13 years.
All of Andy's guests, which also included Brielle Biermann, Riley Burruss, Frankie Catania, Gia Giudice, Albie and Chris Manzo, Brooks Marks, Shane Keough, Noelle Robinson, Avery Singer, Kairo Whitfield, and an appearance by Portia Umansky, bonded over their experiences as "Real House-kids" during the episode.
In fact, Chris thanked Briana for imparting her wisdom on him as his family embarked on helping to launch The Real Housewives of New Jersey back in 2009. "She helped me a lot in the first season of Housewives. She would Facebook me all the time. I don't want you to think I forgot that. She used to send me the nicest stuff and talk about what we were doing," Chris shared during the WWHL After Show. "There's a weird kinship that's kind of like we all know exactly — it's weird to know exactly how to grow up on TV like that. So it's cool that we all have that with each other, whether we all knew that before this or not."
