The Daily Dish Summer House: Martha's Vineyard

Bria and Shanice Wish They Could Kick This Person Out of Summer House — and Replace Them with Phil

Plus, see who Bria said was “the biggest dog in the house, giving off full f-ck boy vibes.”

Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard’s Bria Fleming and Shanice Henderson have brought shade to the clubhouse.

The vacationers appeared in the Sunday, April 7, 2024 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, where Shady Milo came to ask some “ruff” questions. One castmate then found himself in the hot seat as he became the object of Bria and Shanice’s shade.

It began when Shady Milo — the talking version of Bria’s trusted companion — asked which Martha’s Vineyard guest they’d swap with Season 1’s unforgettable and controversial Phil Brooks.

Their answer: Nicholas “Nick” Arrington.

“Nick,” Shanice answered first.

“I would say Nick,” Bria agreed.

Fans will recall from SH:MV Season 1 when Phil rubbed most in the house the wrong way. Despite arriving later than the rest of his castmates, Phil became irate when he didn’t get the bedroom he wanted. His solution? To take a revenge number two in Nick’s toilet for Nick to find and refusing to flush it down the drain.

Phil then had it out with Jordan Emanuel and Amir Lancaster, and an emergency house meeting left Phil packing his bags and exiting the summer house, never to return that season.

It wasn’t the only time Nick was dissed in the WWHL episode because Nick was Bria’s answer once again when Shady Milo asked which housemate was “the biggest dog in the house, giving off full f-ck boy vibes.”

“I would have to say Nick,” Bria told Andy. “Nicholas. Yeah, he’s in the hot seat tonight.”

Shady Milo then turned his questions to Shanice, asking who, between Nick, Amir, and Alex Tyree she would marry, shag, or kill. Shanice gave an emphatic “Oh, no,” putting her face into her hands and laughing with embarrassment.

“Marry Alex, um, kill Nick,” she answered.

Forgetting her options, Andy reminded her that she had to choose who she’d shag, so she revealed she’d “shag Amir.”

For Shady Milo’s last question, the women had to answer what they missed the most about Jasmine Ellis Cooper’s husband, Silas Cooper. The U.S. Army Reserve officer has been noticeably absent from Season 2, serving overseas while his wife remains at the stunning Oak Bluffs vacation home for the summer.

“For me, I would say he was the mediator of our arguments, and he always had my back,” said Bria. “Besides that one moment when we had our moment, but he always had my back.”

“That’s true,” said Shanice. “He did make the house come together.”

Bria was referring to an uber-heated event in Season 1 when Silas confronted Bria because he didn’t want her to bring her boyfriend, Simon Marco, to visit the summer house during his travels from Germany. Silas said the house had already made “an exception” by letting Milo stay, and he wasn’t keen on having the long-distance boyfriend bunk with them for an entire week.

It all worked out in the end, and fans will rejoice that Simon is expected to return later on as SH:MV continues.

Hopefully Shady Milo will stay on his best behavior.

Watch as Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard continues on Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo, streaming the next day on Peacock. And be sure to tune in to Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Sundays through Thursdays on Bravo.
