Venita Aspen Explains Her Romantic Connection to Las Vegas Ahead of BravoCon 2023
The Southern Charm cast member opened up about her special time in Las Vegas with her boyfriend, Manny
BravoCon 2023 is almost here, and while it's the first time the three-day event will take place in Las Vegas, the city is familiar territory for Venita Aspen.
"I'm lucky. The guy that I'm currently dating, Manny, he spent six months in Vegas last year, so I kind of know the lay of the grounds a little bit because I would go visit," the Southern Charm cast member told BravoTV.com in October. "So I'm excited to show my cast, 'This is where we go.' 'This is where we don't go.' This is where the cool spots are.' So I'm excited to show them that." One of the restaurants Venita is a fan of is The Black Sheep, which is owned by Top Chef alum Jamie Tran.

In addition to planning out her meals and activities with her castmates and friends, Venita is also carefully thinking through her outfits and glam for the weekend. "This year, I really want to embody the ‘90s bombshell," she said. "The dark lip liner, the gloss, the fresh face of makeup, the sleeker hair, clothes are a little more baggy but still give off a good amount of, like, sex appeal."
She added, "It’s gonna be fun to do this and still be able to add my [preppy] little southern flare to it."

After spending time with Manny in Las Vegas last year, Venita and her beau have only grown closer since. As Venita's cast bio for Season 9 notes, "With her professional life thriving, Venita is focused on new friendships and her stable boyfriend, Manny, a musician whom she harmonizes with perfectly."
In her recent interview with BravoTV.com, she noted that they have also discussed living together. "We kind of go over that this season [of Southern Charm] so you guys get to see that firsthand," she said. "That was the first time we’d actually played with the idea, so I’m excited for the fans to see how that plays out."
