To launch your own Skinnygirl, start by writing all your flashbulbs of brilliance down. "I wrote bits and pieces of Skinnydipping all on my Blackberry in every spare moment I had—in a cab, waiting for a meeting, or even just laying in bed. Write down all of your ideas and then go through and flush out the good ones when you have more time. Don't leave yourself wondering if that thing you forgot was a total gem."

Then, create to-do lists to keep yourself sane and learn to say no when something's gotta give. Bethenny's final tidbit for making it big time? Realize that big rewards sometimes come with big ut-ohs. "Things go wrong. Not everything you do is going to work out as planned and sometimes things take longer than expected," writes Ellen DeGeneres' daytime BFF. "Embrace every setback as a reminder to stick to your guns. If you know that it's ok to screw up occasionally, you'll be more likely to take risks, which means that you'll allow yourself to dream big!"
