Were Bethenny Frankel and Martha Stewart Ever "Comfortable" Around Each Other?
This throwback photo of #RHONY mogul with the lifestyle queen proves otherwise.
The year was 2005 and a little show called The Apprentice: Martha Stewart brought together The Real Housewives of New York City mogul Bethenny Frankel (pre-Housewives, of course) and the show's namesake. And, as you can see from the throwback photo below, their dynamic was... interesting. "Yeah this looks comfortable," Bethenny tweeted about the vintage snapshot earlier this week.
Cut to 2015, 10 years after she appeared on the series, when Bethenny addressed her relationship with the businesswoman/TV personality in an interview on Late Show With Seth Meyers. "She doesn't like me. She never really has," Bethenny shared. (She isn't wrong. Martha did once call her a "pest.") "She's consistent. She's always been like a parent who I'm trying to get them to love me, but I have given up on that a couple years ago. She's never missed the opportunity to say something negative about me or my products."
