The OG Below Deck is finally back, but before Season 10 kicks off tonight (November 21), take some time to get to know Captain Lee Rosbach's crew.
Setting sail in St. Lucia are returning cast members Rachel Hargrove and Fraser Olender, along with newcomers Ross McHarg, Hayley De Sola Pinto, Alissa Humber, Camille Lamb, Luis Antonio “Tony” Duarte, Katie Glaser, and Ben Willoughby.

Fraser Olender — Chief Stew
Below Deck's first-ever male chief stew(!) was born in London, England but began living in many different places all around the world at a young age.
Rachel Hargrove — Chef
Rachel hails from Tampa, Florida, though she mastered her culinary skills in Italy before further expanding her craft in Thailand, Japan, and India.
Hayley De Sola Pinto — Stew
New stew Hayley is from Cornwall, England who's been working on and off yachts since she was just 23 years old.
Alissa Humber — Stew
Alissa is a born and bred Floridian. When she's not sailing around the world, she resides in Miami.
Camille Lamb — Deck/Stew
Hailing from Pass Christian, Mississippi, Camille is no stranger to the water as her sailing experience began when she was just 9 years old.
Ross McHarg — Bosun
Another British yachtie, Ross is originally from the UK but has spent the last 15 years living all over the world.
Luis Antonio "Tony" Duarte — Deckhand
Tony — who has an impressive work resume that's taken him to South Africa, the Bahamas, and more — is originally from Costa Rica.
Katie Glaser — Deckhand
Katie is from Colorado but fell in love with the yachting industry when she moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Ben Willoughby — Deckhand
Ben was born and raised on the Gold Coast of Australia.
