Drama, Injuries, "Girl Power," and Tears are Still "Later This Season" on Below Deck Med Season 7

Sure, there's plenty of girl power to go around, but there's also handfuls of tensions and drama and a healthy dose of wild antics in the first look at what's to come "later this season" on Below Deck Med (above).

In the first look, there are tears, romance, drama, interpersonal issues, charter ups and downs, as well as an injury or two, all while Captain Sandy tries to keep the crew on course amid all the highs and lows. And, one thing is for sure, "When the guests are away, the mice will play! What's the worst that can happen?"
