Below Deck Med Alums Jamie Jason and Anastasia Surmava Are Working Together on a Yacht
The yachties were not part of the same season during their time on Below Deck Mediterranean.
Jamie Jason and Anastasia Surmava are giving us the Below Deck Mediterranean crossover of our dreams. The Below Deck Med alums are currently working together on a yacht.
Jamie, who worked as a deckhand in Season 3, and Anastasia, who worked as third stew and chef in Season 4, are now both serving as stews on the Lady JJ in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Anastasia is also working as chef on the yacht.
Jamie shared a collection of photos of herself and Anastasia posing on the deck of their new workplace while in their stew uniforms. The pics show the ladies palling around while taking a break from their stew duties. "We’ve tried to take a decent picture together for TWO DAMN WEEKS..... and proven [impossible]," Jamie joked in the caption to the post on Instagram on July 1.
The stews have also given us a glimpse at what it's like to work together, whether it's the joy (or not so much) of making beds or organizing spray bottles in the interior.
Anastasia has also been cooking up some delectable dishes in the galley, as well as in home of the owners of the yacht.
It looks like Jamie and Anastasia have already become the best of friends, wearing matching outfits even when they're not in uniform.
We also have proof that they look absolutely adorable together, whether dressed casually or for a night out on the town to celebrate Anastasia's 28th birthday earlier this week.
A beautiful friendship has definitely bloomed between these two yachties. Jamie has sent a lot of love Anastasia's way on her Instagram, calling her friend "the most gorgeous down to earth human." "She is so good for this world and so smart and a hell of a friend to have in your corner!" Jamie gushed in an Instagram post on May 30, to which Anastasia responded in the comments, "I LOVE YOU."
