Aesha Scott Reveals What Happened the Last Time She Spoke to Jack Stirrup

Before Aesha Scott was running things in the interior as Below Deck Down Under's chief stew, she memorably got swept off her feet in a boatmance with deckhand Jack Stirrup in Season 4 of Below Deck Mediterranean.

Even though it seemed like Aesha and Jack would sail off into the sunset together as they disembarked the Sirocco hand in hand, their love unfortunately did not last on land. Aesha broke things off with Jack after she found out he had been unfaithful.

However, that wasn't the last time Aesha spoke to Jack, as we found out during the July 11 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. "He actually came specifically to France to apologize to me for cheating on me — which I don't actually think his girlfriend knew," Aesha revealed in the Bravo Clubhouse. "So, hope this isn't live [laughs]."

Aesha's update on Jack was in response to a member of the virtual audience, who also wanted to know if she ever connected with Below Deck Med Season 6 chief stew Katie Flood, who also previously dated Jack. "Yes, Katie and I have messaged a lot, and she's lovely," Aesha shared. "I really hope to meet her."

When Bravo Insider caught up with Aesha in March, she said that, although her current boyfriend, Scott Dobson, would "100 percent" be watching Below Deck Down Under with her this season, he probably wouldn't be diving into her back catalog on Below Deck Med. "With the other seasons, you know, I was with Jack and whatever. So, fair enough, [Scott] hasn’t watched those [laughs], and I don’t want him to watch them," Aesha said. "And so, it’s just nice with this season 'cause now he can finally see what it is that I’ve been doing for all these years."

Aesha's relationship with Jack didn't last beyond Season 4 of Below Deck Med, but that doesn't mean she discouraged her Below Deck Down Under crewmates, who are all new to the world of Below Deck, from looking for love while at sea. "Well, I kind of just said to people, 'If it comes up, then just go for it,' you know? I just think we have such a difficult job as it is, and we’re just always on the boat and there’s so much to do. And I just think if you can get a little bit of fun somewhere, then why not?" Aesha shared. "Even if it creates drama or tension or whatever, it’s like, oh, you only live once. Just give it a go [laughs]."
