Here's How Ariana Madix Has Been "Checking In On" Brittany Cartwright After Jax Taylor Split

Ariana Madix may have been busy with Broadway, but she still has time to check up on old friends going through a breakup.
The Vanderpump Rules alums and current The Valley stars Brittany Cartwright and Kristen Doute recently opened up to The Daily Dish about who they keep in touch with from their time on the show.
Brittany loves everyone on the Vanderpump Rules cast, she said.
“I’m closer to Lala and Scheana than probably anyone else and Tom Schwartz,” Brittany explained. “They’re probably the closest in my life.”
Are Brittany Cartwright and Ariana Madix still friends?
Yes. Though Ariana has most recently been in New York City while she plays Roxie Heart in Chicago in her Broadway debut, she still has time to reach out to Brittany as she navigates her separation from Jax Taylor.
“Ariana’s been checking in on me from New York and that means a lot to me ‘cause I know she’s so busy with the show and stuff, but she’s definitely been checking in on me,” Brittany said.

Even if she’s not as close to the cast as she used to be, Brittany noted she still has “love for all of them.”
In fact, Lala, Scheana, and Brittany get their kids together often.
“Nothing’s changed there—whatsoever, just ‘cause we don’t film together, we’re all still best friends," Brittany said of her friendships.
Is Kristen still friends with Vanderpump Rules cast?
Kristen doesn’t love the entire Vanderpump Rules cast, she admitted.
“I love most of them,” Kristen said. “I agree with Brittany … I’m not as close to everybody as I used to be, but that’s OK because lives are changing.”
She’s closest to Ariana, Scheana, and Tom Schwartz now.
“Katie lives down the hall from me,” Kristen added. “We’re not super close, but we’re — like, I still care about her deeply.
Is Kristen Doute still living with Luke Broderick?
Kristen's boyfriend, Luke Broderick, is currently splitting time between California and Colorado.
“He has a 70-acre ranch there, so he technically resides in Colorado, but he’s mostly here,” Kristen said. “We’re kinda figuring that our temporarily and then aware that we need to sort of figure out and have that major talk where we set our roots and where are we gonna be.”
Kristen thinks they’ll find a happy medium.
“We’ve already bought a lot together in Indiana,” Kristen said, noting they initially had plans to flip the property. “It’s in his Dad’s neighborhood, so we’re like maybe we’ll knock some trees down and build.”
The couple’s desire to have a baby is brought up on the new show with Kristen being open about her journey.
“As far as fertility, I mean we’re back on the train working on it, so fingers crossed that we get good news some time soon,” Kristen said.
