Are Max Todd and Billie Lee Dating?

It's no secret the SURvers on Vanderpump Rules have dated and hooked up with one another. (Most recently this season, it came out that Ariana Madix and Lala Kent had an intimate moment in the back of Tom Sandoval's car.) But on Part 2 of the Vanderpump Rules Season 7 reunion, another surprising new relationship was revealed: SUR hostess Billie Lee and Lisa Vanderpump's son, Max Vanderpump-Todd, have hooked up.

"We made out one night and that was it," Max told his mom in a flashback.

"I didn't know I had to tell my boss I'm sleeping with her son," Billie said to Lisa, to which Lisa replied, "You're sleeping with him?!"

On the reunion, Lisa recalled, "Max said, 'She's a pretty girl, Mom. We had fun together. What's the big deal?"

As for their current status, Billie said, "It was a drunken night. It was fun. He's cute; I like him; we're friends."

Max isn't the only SURver with whom Billie Lee has had a relationship. She also dated Jeremy Madix, Ariana's younger brother, on Season 6. But it seemed things have cooled off between the two. Billie told The Daily Dish podcast last year, "I really enjoy Jeremy and he's so cute and he's so kind. But, you know, I recently came from a serious thing where I just was really in love with a guy for like three years and he broke my heart. So I didn't want to jump into another relationship until I healed from that and also just, like, continuing this journey to love myself," she said. "And so we just have a great time together and, you know, we went on a few dates and now we just, like, kick it and, you know, Netflix and chill. Isn't that what they call it these days?"
