Are Jeff Lewis and his ex Scott Anderson back together? The Flipping Out dad had fans speculating over his relationship status after posting a photo with his former boyfriend just a month after announcing their breakup.
In early May, Jeff opened up about his split from Scott, whom he started dating last spring. The designer discussed the breakup on his SiriusXM radio show, Jeff Lewis Live.
“We called it quits over the weekend,” he said at the time. “The last eight weeks has been kind of rough. He’s had a lot of anxiety, a lot of frustration, and it got to a point where I felt that he was hypercritical of me. It was a lot of negativity and always complaining. I feel like I worked very hard in the relationship. I felt like I was very good to him.”
Jeff also expressed regret over refusing to go to therapy with Scott, despite the latter’s request to do so. But from the looks of a recently posted photo, the two have either reconciled or decided to stay friends.
On June 4, Jeff shared a photo of him and Scott out with another couple on what looks suspiciously like a double date. The Instagram post, which featured no caption, immediately drew a slew of questions from his followers, although Jeff has not replied to any comments.
While it remains to be seen whether the couple is back together or simply remaining amicable, Jeff did previously share his hope that the two could maintain a positive relationship in the future. “Hopefully eventually we can be friends,” he stated of their split.
Jeff was previously in a relationship with Gage Edward, whom he split from in 2019 after 10 years together. The two share a daughter, 3-year-old Monroe.
