Andy Cohen Shows Off His Newly Organized Home Office (PHOTO)
The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host shared a new look at his beautiful workspace in his NYC apartment.
Andy Cohen lives in a gorgeous apartment in New York City’s West Village neighborhood, and we've been lucky enough to see several glimpses of the abode over the years.
In the video you can watch above, the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host brought us inside his beautiful, unique office space, and on August 15, Andy gave us another full view of the stunning room after a deep clean. Needless to say, we're obsessed.
Echoing that '70s, contemporary-style vibe of the WWHL set, Andy's office features floor-to-ceiling wood paneling with a built-in bookcase filled with rows of books along with unique decorative objects and memorabilia.
"De-cluttered my office today!" Andy wrote over the Instagram Story snapshot of his office, which also has a rectangular-shaped wood desk, a tan leather desk chair, and glen plaid-upholstered chairs on the opposite side. Andy's space is also decorated with a multicolored striped area rug and a brass overhead light future with three bright bulbs.
We also spotted some head-turning elements like a bright orange vintage rotary telephone, a shiny gold lamp, and pop art-style details throughout.
Andy Cohen Is Selling His West Village Apartment
Though he's spent a generous amount of time fixing up and organizing his space, in December 2023, Andy announced he was “figuring out [his] real estate.”
“I’m finishing this beach house,” he stated on the Table for Two with Bruce Bozzi podcast, adding that he was also "working on a new apartment in the city.”
Andy didn't go into more detail about selling his apartment (via Million Dollar Listing New York agent Ryan Serhant, by the way), in the episode, but he did open up about buying a new beach house after almost three decades of renting the same vacation home in the Hamptons.
“I stayed in that beach house for 28 years, and I loved it so much,” he said on the podcast. “It was a sweet little love shack. I always said the only thing that would get me to leave this house would be if I was ever lucky enough to have a house on the ocean. And I actually never envisioned myself able to afford that. That was not in my realm… I just came from the walk-through at my new beach house, which will be done, god knows when. Maybe the end of the year.”
