Shannon Storms Beador Speaks Out on John Janssen and Alexis Bellino’s Romance

Alexis Bellino and John Janssen are causing a stir in the OC. The two were spotted together at the end of November and The Real Housewives of Orange County alum has since made several comments fueling further speculation.
Now, John's ex, RHOC cast member Shannon Storms Beador, is weighing in. The former couple split in November 2022 after nearly four years of dating, while Alexis also recently got out of a relationship, as she and her former fiancé Andy “Drew” Bohn broke up and called off their engagement in September.

Speaking to E! News about Alexis and John on December 6, Shannon said, "I'm not going to lie, I've been hurt. I've been hurt a lot in the last couple of weeks because, number one, John said that he didn't want to be in the public eye, and he's thrust himself more into the public eye at this point. So, I'm quite confused about that."
"I don't know how to process it," she added. "How many Orange County Housewives have there been? Is that your dating pool?"

Amid all of the talk about her and John, Alexis made it clear how she feels about him being Shannon's ex. "I've never met Shannon. I've never said hi to Shannon," she told Access Hollywood on December 5. "I've never filmed with Shannon. I've never been her friend. I don't owe her anything."
That said, "I do not wish her ill," Alexis also noted. "I don't know her at all. There is no girl code that's going on here."

It turns out that Shannon and John aren't exactly on good terms. As she told E! News, "I haven't spoken to him in quite some time. It's been two months."
For now, it seems as though Shannon's focused on herself. "It’s been a rough couple of weeks," she told The Messenger, "but I'm strong and I'll get through whatever I need to do."
Vicki Gunvalson's Thoughts on Alexis Bellino and John Janssen
Speaking to Celebuzz on December 5, Vicki said, “For me to see that Alexis — someone I actually had some respect for — would go so low as to date Shannon’s ex? It’s gross. It’s low, and it’s not being a girl’s girl.”
Vicki also questioned why John "would want to date another Housewife," even a former one.
Alexis later responded to Vicki's comments in an Instagram Story. “Very disappointing to see this from someone I considered a friend,” she wrote in part on December 7. "Sad that you seem to forget there are two sides to every story and unfortunately 100 [percent] of your assumptions are totally false ... Happy Holidays!”
