Alexis Bellino and John Janssen just took their relationship to a whole 'nother level, as The Real Housewives of Orange County alum not only shared the first photos of the two together to her Instagram, but she also dropped the L-word.
The development is one of several that the pair has made and subsequently shared in the weeks since they were first spotted together at the end of November. On December 25, Alexis shared photos of her and John together to her Instagram feed for the very first time. One snapshot showed the couple sitting closely on a boat, while the other saw Alexis posing alongside John as he flashed a big smile.
"Johnny J, let everyone talk. But you have shown me love that I’ve never known. I love you," Alexis captioned the post, adding hashtags that read "this is our Christmas card" and "merry Christmas."

Earlier on Christmas day, Alexis confirmed her and John's relationship status when she revealed a massive ring that John had gifted her for the holiday. Sharing a photo of the present to her Instagram, Alexis wrote, “Words cannot. Actions do. I will no longer feel guilty. I will not apologize. Love will create [its] own story. I love you Johnny J.”
She also clarified that the ring was not an engagement ring by adding a hashtag that read "not engaged."
The ring itself was made by Van Cleef & Arpels, a French jewelry maker known for its four-leaf clover motif. Alexis’ yellow gold piece was from the brand’s Perlée collection and featured its signature “pearl” trim with dozens of stones around the clover band.

Alexis' Split from Andy "Drew" Bohn
Rumors that Alexis and John were dating began circulating in November, less than three months after she confirmed her split from her ex-fiancé, Andy “Drew” Bohn.
“Drew and I have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple. Despite this, our love for each other remains strong, and we both sincerely wish nothing but the best for one another. We recognize that it’s in our best interest to pursue separate paths," Alexis said in a statement to People before acknowledging the recent passing of her mom, Penelope. "We kindly ask for your thoughts and prayers for both of our families as we navigate through this breakup, especially considering the recent lost of my mother.”
John's Split from Shannon Storms Beador
John, meanwhile, broke up with Shannon at the end of 2022. She opened up about the split during the RHOC Season 17 reunion and has since spoken out about John and Alexis' new relationship.
“I’m not going to lie, I’ve been hurt,” Shannon told E! News. “I’ve been hurt a lot in the last couple of weeks because, number one, John said that he didn’t want to be in the public eye, and he’s thrust himself more into the public eye at this point. So, I’m quite confused about that… I don’t know how to process it. How many Orange County Housewives have there been? Is that your dating pool?”
