Alexia Umansky's Latest Career Move Involves an “Iconic” Property: "What an Honor"
See how RHOBH's Kyle Richards reacted to her daughter's impressive real estate win.
Alexia Umansky just secured a massive real estate deal. And we mean massive.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter shared the exciting news via Instagram last week, saying she had facilitated a lease agreement for an “iconic” SoCal estate. Alexia posted a carousel of the property’s jaw-dropping facade and grandiose interior, which went heavy on the French château vibes.
“Leased!! What an honor to represent such an iconic property,” she captioned the August 7 post. “Thank you to my clients for trusting me with this process. Working with amazing people is the reason I love this job so much. Listed at $150,000 / month.”

Alexia finalized the deal alongside Christie’s realtor Nick LaKind. The Beverly Hills-based broker also celebrated the news on Instagram and made sure to give Alexia her flowers.
“Working with [Alexia Umansky] on this deal was an absolute pleasure,” he wrote in an August 8 post. “What a wonderful agent to transact with!”
Alexia's mom, RHOBH’s Kyle Richards, was among those who praised Alexia's latest career win. The Beverly Hills mom took to the comments section to leave a series of hand-clap emojis.

As seen in Alexia’s Instagram, the property is the epitome of West Coast luxury. The 24,000-square-foot home is located on North Alpine Drive and boasts 11 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a formal ballroom, an indoor swimming pool, a movie theater, a spa and sauna, a guard house, a 14-car garage, and a three-bedroom guesthouse.
According to PriceyPads, the home was built in 2012 and listed for $80 million in 2018.
Alexia Umansky explains why she was drawn to real estate
Alexia, the oldest daughter of Mauricio Umansky, began her real estate career about five years ago after she graduated from Emerson College in Boston. The West Coast native earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications and joined her dad’s firm, The Agency, as a marketing specialist. She currently works alongside her older sister, Farrah Brittany — Kyle’s daughter from a previous marriage — and her little sister, Sophia Umansky.
“I grew up watching my father work. I’d watch him show homes, sit at open houses and build relationships with clients. He knows so much about every neighborhood in this city, driving around with him was always like a little lesson,” Alexia said in her Agency bio. “As I grew up, I would come into the office to shadow him and always learned something new. Real estate is something I always knew I loved. And I quickly realized I could devote my life to this industry and be happy.”
She continued: “Being in real estate is exciting every day. As an agent, I get to meet so many inspiring, creative people—which is an honor in and of itself—and see some of the most incredible homes in the world. Each one is a true work of art. Plus, I get to help my clients make the most important purchase of their life.”
