Alexia Nepola Reveals the “Really Weird” Thing She Does with Her Husband Todd
Not all of the women from The Real Housewives of Miami were on board with what the couple does behind closed doors.
Bravo fans know sprinter vans are where you can find the good, the bad, and the ugly across the Housewives franchise, and apparently, it’s also where you can find the gassy.
In Season 6, Episode 4, the women of The Real Housewives of Miami climbed aboard their chariot for a Make-A-Wish charity basketball event hosted by Larsa Pippen and her beau, Marcus Jordan. On the bumpy ride — before it was Adriana De Moura versus Marysol Patton and Alexia Nepola, both on and off the court — the women had a good laugh about Alexia’s admission about her and her husband, Todd Nepola.
Alexia Nepola's Confession
With everyone — including Guerdy Abraira, Julia Lemigova, Lisa Hochstein, Nicole Martin, and Kiki Barth — aboard the party bus, Adriana unashamedly announced she was experiencing some technical difficulties with her digestive system.
“Just to warn everybody, I ate some corn, and I’m a little flatulent,” said Adriana. She looked to Guerdy’s firefighter husband, Russell Abraira, to confirm that holding in your gas could result in a heart attack.

“I don’t know about that,” he responded.
Nine minutes into the ride, the driver had to make a pit stop so Marcus could use the men’s room, prompting a chunk of the group to disembark, including Adriana.
“I cannot stand somebody who’s passing gas, it’s not my style,” Kiki told RHOM producers. “I am very classy. I am too classy.”
Back on the bus, Marysol demanded Adriana not announce her “bodily fluid movements on a small bus where no one can get away.”
The group had a good time discussing the art of the fart, with Lisa agreeing with Adriana that it was “unhealthy” to keep it inside.
The conversation had Larsa chime in about Alexia's desire for a “new toilet.” Alexia had previously sent Larsa a design showing a double toilet that allowed two people to use the toilet simultaneously while facing one another.
“I actually wanted that,” Alexia told the other passengers, admitting she sent the diagram to her friends. “I love to pee and number two in front of Todd. Like, I’m O.K. with that.”
Lisa, who made retching noises to producers, and some of the others were shocked by Alexia’s statements. Alexia further explained that it began with “number one” and eventually progressed to “number two.”
“Some people find it really weird, but I think a lot of people want to pee and sh-t together,” Alexia told RHOM producers.
We then saw a flashback to two weeks earlier when Alexia and Todd dined together. Todd looked down to find his wife’s lipstick on him, to which Alexia joked, “I want to mark my territory.”
“I prefer you just pee on me,” Todd responded.

When speaking with producers, Lisa wondered aloud, “Does Todd have some sick fetish?”
Is Alexia’s bathroom photo a real thing?
The concept of such a double toilet has circulated on the internet for the past few years, developed in the mid-2000s by TwoDaLoo, according to Tech Digest. The creators hoped the idea would not just prove that a couple who poos together stays together, but something to help conserve water, since a single flush could get rid of both individuals’ business at the same time.
The invention planned to also incorporate an iPod dock and a built-in L.E.D. screen for guests’ viewing pleasure.
In 2007, WiseRep President Romeo Mendoza said, “When you’re most relaxed, that’s the best time for you to communicate with your partner, discuss your concerns, and learn from them to grow as a couple,” according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
The newspaper cited TwoDaLoo when stating that 36% of couples already use the loo in front of their significant others.
It doesn’t seem the invention took off, sadly for Alexia and a third of the non-single population.
