Alexia Nepola Reveals Her True Thoughts on Lisa Hochstein’s New Boyfriend, Jody
Plus the RHOM and RHUGT cast member shares her thoughts on Joanna Krupa’s divorce.
Alexia Nepola may have found her happily-ever-after with Todd Nepola, and now The Real Housewives of Miami cast member is revealing her thoughts on Lisa Hochstein’s Prince Charming, boyfriend Jody Glidden. Following her split from her husband of more than a decade, Dr. Lenny Hochstein, Lisa confirmed she was dating a “great guy.”
“I do [think he’s a good fit for her],” Alexia said when she stopped by the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen Clubhouse on April 3 to chat about Season 3 of Peacock’s The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip (which is currently streaming, with new episodes every Thursday). “She’s very happy with him, and I think this is exactly what she needed for right now.”
That brings us to Lisa’s ex, Lenny, who Alexia admits she hasn’t seen in a while. “He’s probably hiding,” she said. “But no, we haven’t run into him.”
Lisa confirmed her relationship with Jody back in February when speaking to ET, sharing, “Yeah, I’m dating. I’m dating this guy. He’s a great guy. He’s been super supportive of me.”
She added in the interview that Jody is “different to what [she’s] used to” and that he “has empathy, he cares.”
The conversation about the RHOM love lives didn’t end there, as Alexia had thoughts on a certain RHOM-adjacent relationship. After news broke that Joanna Krupa and her husband, Douglas Nunes, are divorcing, Alexia shared her take on the split during her Clubhouse appearance.
“So, I mean, I want to say that I’m not really surprised. I think it’s because I know of her a little bit,” she said, before explaining what she meant by that. “Nowadays, it’s not surprising for anybody, that’s the truth,” she said, which left Andy Cohen to respond a certain way. Joanna and Douglas’ split made headlines last month. They married in the summer of 2018, and they later welcomed a daughter, Asha-Leigh Presley Nunes, in November 2019. As for whether Alexia thinks a single Joanna might find herself back in Miami now, she added, “I don’t think she’ll move back to Miami, because Miami was never really her home. She can stay in L.A.”
As for her own love life, well, Alexia shared a sweet Instagram tribute to Todd timed to their first wedding anniversary several weeks back. “How did it go so fast? I guess that’s how love is. A year can fly by just like that — a year of laughter, tears, and all the moments in between.. I hope you know how grateful I am for you and for our life together,” she wrote. “I’ll always need you.. want you.. love you.. with my whole heart [and] soul. Happy Anniversary mi amor! I’m so glad to have this day to celebrate with you. Te amo para siempre.”
