It Does Exist! This Red Lipstick Looks Good on Everyone, Seriously
Look no further: Grace Lee, makeup artist for Maybelline, has introduced us to a universally flattering red lipstick.
A red lip is like the little black dress of the beauty world. You can never go wrong with swiping on red lipstick, no matter the occasion: It’s timeless, super flattering, and it can instantly dress up any look. The only tricky part to pulling off a red lip is finding the right shade — that is, until now.
Last week on Bravo’s Project Runway, Grace Lee, makeup artist for Maybelline, created a stunning beauty look, which featured Maybelline Color Sensational Made For All Lipstick in Red For Me. This eye-catching red lipstick was carefully formulated by using an even balance of blue and yellow pigments to create a shade that complements all complexions.
“I call it Maybelline witchery because it does look good on every skin tone,” Lee shared. In fact, it was tested on 50 diverse skin tones. And Lee isn’t the only one who’s been enchanted by this lip product: “People that don’t even wear red lipstick, they’re like, ‘This lipstick looks really good on me!'" Lee said.
Now that you’ve found the perfect red lip, follow the steps below to learn how to create a complimentary makeup look to go along with it.
