Denise Richards Offers an Update on Her Relationship with Her "Iconic" Ex-Husband Charlie Sheen
The RHOBH newbie shares her thoughts on her famous former spouse.
These days, Denise Richards has found her match in husband Aaron Phypers. But The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newbie was, of course, married to Charlie Sheen for a handful of years in her days before joining the 90210 crew. The Hollywood stars were married from 2002 to 2006 — and together they have two daughters, Sam and Lola. (Denise also adopted a daughter, Eloise, on her own.)
And Denise's stint as a 'Wife has Sheen's seal of approval, as he shared last August: "It's fabulous; good for [Denise]," he said. And it looks like RHOBH will have a new viewer soon since at the time he said that he hasn't seen the show before, but added, "I guess I will have to tune in now."
That all works quite well for Denise. "Anytime there's anything positive, I'll take it," she said in the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen Clubhouse about his supportive comments about her putting her life on the show. She later shared if she thinks if he's tuned in or not. Her response is can't miss, as you can see in the video above.
This week, Denise also appeared on Strahan and Sara, where she dished more about her famous ex, who popped up on RHOBH this season via a phone call regarding their daughter's dating life. She opened up a bit more about Sheen and the tabloid drama (hey, we wonder of that had anything to do with her tagline?) that has followed him a lot over the years. So, does it bother Denise to get asked about the former Two and a Half Men star?
"It doesn't bother me," she said. "People know who he is. He's very iconic and I'm so used to it and he's their dad, so I don't mind. It doesn't bother me."
