Josh Flagg Sheds New Light on His Friendship with Denise Richards: "You May Wonder..."
The MDLLA agent opens up about his strong bond with the RHOBH alum.
If there's one thing to say about Josh Flagg's friend group, it's that it's fabulous. Each week on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, it seems we encounter yet another iconic figure in the realtor's rolodex — and the latest special appearance might be the most exciting yet.
In the above preview for Season 15, Episode 9 of the show (which is set to air Wednesday, September 4), Josh is joined by none other than a bikini-clad Denise Richards to film a promotional video for a new listing.
"Where's your bathing suit? What the f-ck?" The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum says as she strolls up in her stilettos and spies a suit-clad Josh. "No, this is my character," he responds as the two embrace.
When the videographer notes that they're losing light, Denise promises they'll be "so fast." (She's a professional, after all!) Getting situated on a lounge chair, she asks someone to make sure her legs look okay in the shot ... and wipe down her sunglasses.
"Can you tell it's Denise?" Josh asks the crew when she decides to don the accessory. She pulls down the sunnies for the shot, and you can definitely tell.
"You know, I am gay. But if I was to be straight? I think I would be with Denise Richards," Josh jokes. "Wild Things? That threesome definitely had me very confused."

As per usual, Josh has a great answer to this question.
"You may wonder, why would Denise Richards drive all the way to Pasadena and make a cameo in my video wearing just a bathing suit? Well, that's what best friends do for each other," he explains in a confessional. "She's beautiful, she's gorgeous, she's funny. You know, we swap horror stories about our ex-husbands. And I thought my marriage was dysfunctional."

While talking about his friendship with Denise, Josh wears his coat upside down as a nod to Denise's iconic The Real Housewives of Beverly HiIls Season 13, Episode 7 moment.
In the episode, Dorit Kemsley informed the Hollywood icon that her jacket was upside down, leading Denise to respond, "Don't do this. Don't do this. I know what you're doing. Stop it."
With his camel jacket laying over his shoulders in an obviously wrong way, a producer says, "Josh, I think your jacket is on upside down."
"Stop it! I know what you're doing," he jokingly replies.
