The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards has rung in 2014 seven pounds lighter than before. Her secret? "I eat almost no sugar," she tells Life & Style.

The diet, called the 100, involves only counting sugar calories and keeping it at a max of 100 per day. The calories are calculated by multiplying the grams of carbs found on a nutrition label by four.

Kyle, who celebrates her birthday tomorrow and—need we remind you—is a mom of four, couldn't be happier with the results. "I’m only 5-foot-2, with big boobs and a butt, so it shows!" she says. "I feel confident about my body now. I don’t hide behind a towel in a bathing suit.”

Lets's see if the glamorous Housewife and boutique owner can keep up with her other New Year's resolutions, which she recently revealed were to "try to stay off [her] iPhone" and "try to be nicer."
