#TBT: Adrienne and Lisa's Awkward Friendship Summit
The two 'RHOBH' stars tried to make peace—but it didn't work out.
Every Thursday, celebrate #TBT with us as we open the vault to share photos of Bravolebrities before they were famous—or revisit memorable moments from our shows. This week, in honor of the upcoming RHOBH Season 5 premiere, we’re throwing it back to Adrienne and Lisa’s uncomfortable friendship summit.
During Season 2 of RHOBH, Lisa and Adrienne, who were one-time friendly neighbors, began to find themselves at odds. When Lisa hosted a bachelorette party in Las Vegas for her daughter, Pandora, Adrienne was miffed when they didn’t stay at the partially Maloof-owned Palms Casino Resort. And, whether joking about Adrienne’s dog, Jackpot, or even the infamous “Maloof Hoof” comment regarding Adrienne’s shoe line, Lisa’s anecdotes were misconstrued. Yet, when Adrienne accused Lisa of selling a story to the press during the Season 2 Reunion, a definitive line was crossed in their friendship.
When Season 3 began, Adrienne wanted to let bygones be bygones, however Lisa wasn’t ready to budge that quickly. Eventually, Lisa accepted Adrienne’s olive branch.

"I feel that she’s nervous. I don’t mean to make her nervous…that much," Lisa quipped in her interview. You could cut the tension with a knife as Adrienne seemingly dodged her inevitable apology to Lisa.

"When somebody really hurts you, the relationship changes, you can’t avoid that. How can I feel the same way about her?" Lisa said.
Since leaving RHOBH, Adrienne has gone through a lot of life changes, including an intense divorce from her husband, Paul, and a highly publicized fling with Sean Stewart, the son of British rock star Rod Stewart. She's found love, however, with a new beau, 25-year-old Jacob Busch. But, the ambitious entrepreneur has more scores to settle. In fact, she’ll be returning to RHOBH Season 5 in hopes of mending fences with the other ‘Wives.
"It just made sense to maybe take this and come full circle from where I left off last time," she has said. "I’m coming back, also, a bit wiser. I know what to expect now. There were some unfinished situations that I felt the need to kind of mend and come full circle. A lot has happened in my life. So with each experience, I think I’ve grown. I’m at a point now where it’s a new chapter. I can really focus and think clearer on what to expect, and there’s nothing like experience to kind of get you to where you know you want to be. And I know that I want to come full circle with the rest of the women, some closure, and I feel like I have a better grasp on how to do that now."
