The RHONJ stars will start building their new house this fall.

They're moving on!

How to Watch

Melissa Gorga and her husband Joe have sold their Montville Township, New Jersey mansion. Even better: the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars scored their full asking price of $3.8 million, according to Us Weekly.

The Gorgas had listed their property back in May. The home is decked out with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a three-car garage and more. (Watch Melissa give a video tour of the home below.) As for their decision to move, Joe explained this Spring, "We tried Montville, but it just wasn't for us. We want to go back to Franklin Lakes, which is closer to where I work."

With their house officially sold, the Gorgas will begin construction on their next abode. They have purchased property in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey and will start building this fall. (They'll be renting a home in the meantime.) "It's going to be a lot of work designing and building the new home," Melissa told Us. "But Joe is an incredible builder and I'm excited to go back to where we started our family."
