Inside Lisa (and Giggy's!) Charity AIDS Walk
The RHOBH star walked for a good cause over the weekend—see photos.
Lisa Vanderpump took some time out of her Sunday to get involved with a cause that's dear to her heart. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star appeared at the 30th Annual AIDS Walk Los Angeles on October 12, looking like she was ready for action in her running shoes and pink cowboy hat.
In addition to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, the walk was attended by Mr. Universe and her beloved husband Ken and pup Giggy. Other celebrities who stopped by the charity event include Paula Abdul, Dancing With The Stars pro Karina Smirnoff and Lea Thompson.
The well-attended event, which took place at West Hollywood Park, raised upwards of $1 million to support services provided by AIDS Project Los Angeles and 20 other AIDS service organizations throughout Los Angeles.
And for those who may have been thirsty when the walk wrapped up, the finish line was right near Lisa's bar PUMP.
"Well I cut the ribbon then MR UNIVERSE carried me for ten yards, the next seven miles I managed myself!" she tweeted after the event. "Let us not forget the 36 million who have paid the price. It is personal to me,loved and lost."
She previously added, "Every year millions more infected,we need to draw attention in memory of those...education is what is needed."
