Food Fights, Fun, and Cracking the Whip
Erika explains why she doesn't care about Jackie and Rebecca's love fest!
Jesse and Rebecca's interaction at dinner was hysterical. I would have probably thrown a glass of water in his face too. But for him not to get up and leave was even funnier! I then would have turned around and thrown a glass of water in her face, maybe even a piece of food, but that is because I can be a two-year-old at times. I would tried to lighten up the mood by having a mini food fight to prove just how silly this whole situation is. As far as Rebecca and Jackie's love fest, once again I really and truly DON'T CARE. All the other trainers who have an opinion about it need to focus more on their clients.
Despite this intended peaceful retreat NOT being so peaceful at times, I had a great time. Ice-skating was a blast. Not having a wall to lean on and those scary locals did make me a bit concerned, but I refused to fall unlike Jackie who fell flat on her ass. I must admit, it is highly amusing to see your boss totally eat it. Having the SkyLab clients come up and join us was an eye opening experience. Hearing their stories really proved the point that you never know what meets the eye and don't judge a book by its cover. Lori's story was probably one of the saddest things I heard heard in a while. As far as them not loosing the weight, I guess we have to start cracking the whip even more. I hate to be the bad guy, but at times, it's what you need to do in order to get someone moving.
