Polls!,” Ryan Serhant says Ariana Madix didn’t have the right to tell Tom Sandoval he couldn’t host a birthday party at their house because they co-own the property while Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay disagrees. Scheana also says Sandoval loves to open the history books when it comes to reminding James Kennedy of his past relationship with Kristen Doute, calling Sandoval’s affair with Rachel Leviss completely different.
