Andy Cohen is ready for his first summer in his long-awaited Hamptons beach house.
In December 2022, the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host shared on an episode iHeartMedia’s Table for Two with Bruce Bozzi podcast that he was focused on “figuring out [his] real estate,” including “finishing this beach house” in the Hamptons.
Andy didn’t share details about the house at the time, but he was eager to get it move-in ready. “I just came from the walk-through at my new beach house, which will be done god knows when,” he said. “Maybe the end of the year.”
Andy Cohen shares an update on his new beach house
Although it’s a bit later than he originally predicted, Andy’s new vacation home is now officially finished.
“I just spent several years building a dream house on the beach, and it’s finally done, so I’m going to be spending a lot of time with my family out there,” he recently told E! News while discussing his upcoming summer. “That’s my big plan. I’m staying local, staying in my new house, and just want to experience the summer with them.”
Andy Cohen opens up about his former Hamptons rental home
Previously, Andy had rented the same home in the Hamptons for nearly three decades. “I stayed in that beach house for 28 years, and I loved it so much,” he shared on the December episode of Bruce Bozzi’s podcast. “It was a sweet little love shack. I always said the only thing that would get me to leave this house would be if I was ever lucky enough to have a house on the ocean. And I actually never envisioned myself able to afford that.”
Andy Cohen’s New NYC Apartment
Andy confirmed on the December podcast episode that he has also been working on renovating his new Manhattan apartment. As he has shown via Instagram Stories over the years, his current West Village apartment has a beautiful bar, a spacious dining room, and multiple cozy living areas.
In the video above, Andy opens up to BravoTV.com about his current apartment shortly after it was finished. “The aesthetic is very me,” he says in the video. “It’s very colorful.
